He has served as Vice President or Division Head of Sales & Marketing, for Gould Batteries, Exide Batteries, & Panasonic Battery, prior to forming Huret Associates, Inc. “A Battery Consulting Company” in 1997.

He has worked extensively with rechargeable and primary batteries with major OEM’s in the communications, computer, power tool, and standby power markets; and his consulting company tracks the alkaline battery retail market, mini-fule cells, and hybrid automotive batteries.

He is a Consultant for the Rutgers University - Battery Materials & Engineering Laboratory, a Consultant to iBattery.com, an approved Consultant on the GIGA ExperNet, a Senior Associate of the KLINE Group, a Consultant for the Gerson Lehrman Group, has been Battery Track Chairman for Penton Media – Portable By Design Conferences, and he is a Consulting Resource for internationally known Consulting, Legal & Investment Companies. Mr. Huret is a past Director & Member of the Board of Lithium Technology Corporation. He has been a Director & Member of the Board of Matsushita Storage Battery Corporation of America, and for 5 years was Chairman of the Battery Standards Committee of EIA/CEMA - (Consumer Electronics Manufacturer Association).
